Subaccounts by default come with a small amount of email and AI credits that are refilled monthly (100 and 25 credits respectively).
If you want your subaccount to have more email, text message, and / or AI credits, there are currently two ways to go about this.
Option 1: Enable subaccounts to purchase credits directly inside their account
You can enable your subaccounts to be able to purchase credits directly inside their account. You can enable / disable credit purchasing features by using the relevant toggles when creating / editing your subaccounts.
Please see the screenshot below for an example of what this looks like. Once enabled, the subaccount will see the option to purchase additional credits inside their account settings page.
Option 2: Assign credits from your main account to a specific subaccount
This option allows you to take credits from your main WebinarKit account and assign them to any of your subacounts. This can be very useful for if you'd prefer to charge your subaccounts directly for email, text message, or AI credits. This allows you to make a profit by selling credits to your customers. Once your customer purchases from you, you can assign credits from your main account and transfer them to their subaccount.
Essentially the flow would look like this:
- Send your customer / subaccount to a payment page for the desired amount of email / text message / AI credits
- After they purchase, use the edit subaccount credits feature (shown below) to take credits from your main account and assign them to the subaccount.
