WebinarKit now supports AI chat responses to attendee questions sent in your event's live chat. You can give the AI your product or brand's details so that it can give helpful and accurate answers to any attendee questions that come in during your events.
This makes it super easy to make sure all of your attendee's questions are getting answered, even if you're not in the event room. This is an amazing way to supercharge the effectiveness of your automated webinars and essentially allow AI to sell for you automatically, 24 / 7. But you can also enable this feature in live webinars as well so that chat questions aren't getting missed while you're busy presenting.

In order for the AI to know about your product / brand and correctly answer questions about it, you'll need to add the product or brand in your account settings. Start by navigating to your account settings and scrolling down to the "Products & Brands" section. From there, you can add a new product / brand or edit an existing one.
When filling out your product / brand information, you'll be prompted to enter its name and details about it. In the details section, we highly recommend adding as much detail and as many frequently asked questions as possible about your product / brand. This will ensure that the AI will know the various details about your product / brand so that it can answer attendee questions accurately.
Once you've added your product or brand, inside your webinar's watch room builder, you can enable AI chat responses under the "Chat Simulator" section. You must also select a product / brand you previously added in your account settings.
Once AI chat responses are enabled and a desired product / brand has been selected, our AI will automatically start answering attendee questions during your webinar events!
Our AI will only respond to relevant questions and will ignore general statements (For example, messages like "Great webinar!" will be ignored by the AI).
Billing:
Our AI chat responses feature uses usage based billing which is separate from regular plans. Each new account comes with a courtesy credit of 500 AI credits. If those credits are used up, new AI credits must be purchased inside of your account settings page in order to continue using the AI chat responses feature.
