If you have a computer running macOS and you want to run live webinars with WebinarKit Live, you may need to give your browser permission to share your camera, microphone, and screen. Luckily, you can do this quickly and easily from System Preferences on your Mac.
Start by opening System Preferences on your Mac. You can open System Preferences by clicking on the Apple menu icon in the top left corner of your screen and selecting System Preferences from the dropdown.
Inside the System Preferences app, click on the "Security & Privacy" button. On the next screen, click the lock icon so that you can make changes to your settings.
From there, you'll need to select Camera from the pane on the left and the click on the checkbox next to the browser you are using. In this example, we are using Google Chrome as our browser but the steps would be the same if you were using Firefox, Safari, or another browser.
Once you have clicked the checkbox, you'll likely be prompted to quit and restart the browser (if it is currently open). Once this is done, your browser will now have permission to use your camera.
Now, you'll need to do the same steps for your microphone and screen sharing. You can find those settings from the pane on the left under "Microphone" and "Screen Recording".
When you have completed this process for Camera, Microphone, and Screen Recording, that's it! You should now be able to share your camera, microphone, and screen in WebinarKit on macOS!
