If you're a HighLevel agency user, you'll probably want to take advantage of WebinarKit's ability to be added directly inside HighLevel subaccounts. To unlock this feature, click here.

Essentially, this feature allows you to combine HighLevel & WebinarKit into one value stacked package that you can resell to others.

To get started, you'll need to have WebinarKit White Label access (to create WebinarKit subaccounts) and HighLevel agency access (to create HighLevel subaccounts). Once you have the required software memberships, watch the videos below to see how easy it is to add WebinarKit to your HighLevel accounts.

General overview

How to embed WebinarKit directly inside HighLevel subaccounts

WebinarKit now supports 2 methods of embedding WebinarKit inside of HighLevel.

Method 1: Use the Events Connecter SSO app from the HighLevel app marketplace

Using the Events Connecter SSO app from the HighLevel app marketplace is our newest way of embedding WebinarKit inside HighLevel subaccounts.

The main advantage of this method is that it ties a WebinarKit account to a HighLevel subaccount so that whenever you or your employees / clients / customers sign into a HighLevel subaccount, the "correct" WebinarKit account will be loaded when clicking on the "Webinars" menu link. Additionally, the WebinarKit to HighLevel integration connection is set up automatically, allowing users to skip manually setting up the connection inside of the WebinarKit account settings.

This makes the experience of using WebinarKit inside of HighLevel much more seamless.

Method 2: Use HighLevel Custom Menu Links

Using Custom Menu Links is our "legacy" method of embedding WebinarKit inside HighLevel. This legacy method has some  disadvantages compared to Method 1.

The main disadvantages are that you and your employees / clients / customers will need to manually enter the WebinarKit account details inside HighLevel in order to access the account. This can lead to a somewhat clunky experience where users need to sign in twice (once to get into the HighLevel account and then again to sign into the WebinarKit account).

Additionally, in order for the WebinarKit account to pass data to the HighLevel subaccount (I.E. passing registrant details to HighLevel), the WebinarKit to HighLevel integration connection must be manually set up from the WebinarKit account settings.

Because of these disadvantages, we generally recommend using Method 1 as it bypasses these issues.

There are some small advantages of using this legacy integration method: It is easier to customize the menu link that opens up WebinarKit shown inside the HighLevel subaccount. Additionally, Method 1 will make it so that the "connected" WebinarKit account is always loaded when using a particular HighLevel account. If that is not your desired behavior for some reason, this method may provide a bit more flexibility.

Replace HighLevel Branding

If you're white labeling HighLevel, you'll probably want to use the "replace HighLevel branding with your own" feature. You can find this toggle in your White Label settings. This will replace all mentions of HighLevel in the software with your custom brand name.
