Broadcasts let you send a one-off email to your contacts directly from WebinarKit — no third-party email tool required. Note that this feature uses email credits. Your remaining credit balance is shown in the broadcast editor.
To access a contact's details, click your user icon in the top-right corner, select CRM, then click any contact's email address. You can also navigate using the Contacts › Contact details breadcrumb at the top. The contact's email address is shown as the page heading, with their name displayed beneath it.
Contacts are your central list of people who have interacted with your webinars. To access the Contacts page, click your user icon in the top-right corner and select CRM from the dropdown menu.
